Mi historia, el verdadero yo
(My story, the real me)
January 16, 1993 I was born on dark and cold night, it was exactly 12:15 midnight, in the beautiful province of Alfonso Cavite..But now I am currently living in Sta.Taguig Metro Manila. I was the second daughter in three children of Edgardo R. Laguardia and Jocelyn A. Laguardia. My father is the 9th siblings in 11 children of his parents. He works before in San Miguel Corporation in San Pablo Laguna for almost 6 years and he is also work in Isuzu Car Company in Sta. Rosa Laguna and now he is currently working in my aunt engineer Marilou L Legaspi as a Land surveyor together with my uncles. My Mother’s name is Jocelyn Laguardia she work in National Panasonic for 15 years and now he is a plain house wife. I have two sister , my eldest sister is Kim Garlyn Laguardia she is two years older than me and my young sister Jireh Genesa A. Laguardia I am 4 years older than her. We are all Born Again Christian in our whole Family.
I am Faith Sarah A. Laguardia , I started school when I was five years old. I went to kindergarten at Kaytitinga pre-school and when I start to go to school I don’t want me to leave my grandmother in the school and I always bring a bottle of milk inside the classroom because on that time I really love milk but the day came that I need to stop in bottle feeding because my mother told me that the policeman caught her when she was buying a Can of milk for me because she told to the policeman that I still drink milk in the bottle at the age of five and my mother told me that im not a baby anymore to drink milk in the bottle. That’s why I stop in bottle feeding. I cry every time I want milk in the bottle but when I remember that maybe my mom caught the policeman if I still do that. That is not true but she only told me that to stop in bottle feeding And because of that I use to drink milk in the glass.
I started my elementary in Westridge Academy, a private school in Buklod Bahayan Tartaria Silang Cavite. We transfer in Silang because both of my parents work near in the Silang so my parents buy a house in a subdivision and leave our old house in Alfonso Cavite. We start to love the Silang place that’s why we only visited our old house at least once a month. I also study my high School in Westridge Academy I learned a lot and I also finish my first year high school with honor. I am the fourth honor in the class. I really enjoy my high school life I have a lot friends I really love them I treasure them a lot until now. When I was third year my Father decided to go to abroad in Doha Quatar to be able to fulfill the needs of our family since he was retired in his work in San Miguel Corporation we left our father and the one who stand as a father for us is my mother it is hard for her to be a mother and a father for us at the same time but my mother also work very hard while my father is in abroad but when my father get there he is not that lucky in abroad unlike as what we expected. He doesn’t even send money for us because his monthly salary is not that enough unlike what we expected. He decided to go back here in the Philippines together with us. When I was fourth year I joined in the C.A.T and it brings me a lot of fun, more happiness, more exciting and more challenging moments together with my classmates.
When I started my College life I realize that it has a big different in high school life. You may encounter different kinds of people. Many things come to my mind. I don’t know where school to enroll because we don’t even have enough money to support me in my studies but by the goodness of the Lord my sister help me to continue my studies in College and pursue my dreams in Fisher Valley College. When she finishes her studies in college in the course of HRM in the Fisher Valley College she is the one who support my financial needs while I am studying. Starting when I was in First year I live in Taguig together with my aunt, a sister of my father who has their own school he is the one who stand as my guidance. My sister also stays in their house for almost two years she is the one who pays my tuition fees until now. I know it is hard for my sister to be the one who is responsible for my studies but she work hard just to support me. She is my sister but also a best friend of mine. When I was in First year I met a Muslim boy named Jamal, He is a kind, chubby type and a very funny person. I met him in the School. He is an ex classmate of my sister. He is four years older than me. We became close to each other and we became friends. I use to call him “pillow” and he called me “khulet”. We use to know each other very much and after a year we became lovers. We are happy being with each other and we use to call each other “mhine”. I really thankful for having him in my life. He is the best gift given by God for me. He is a loving boyfriend and a faithful partner. And now we are in 20th month together and I am so blessed with him. In my second year vacation I use to find a summer job in Chic-boy Alabang as a food server to help my own and to support myself for the payment of tuition fee in that coming enrollment . I enroll myself with my own money and help myself to be a independent person. I realize that it is hard to work with your own and to get money easily so I need to study hard to finish my studies and to help my youngest sister in her college because after I graduated I am the one who is responsible to help and support my youngest sister in her studies.
Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make the kind of person You want me to be.
